well beamer II what can i say.
just started kite land boarding had the kite off a friend
he got 7 kites all sizes
i said something easy to start with ha, ha,
me and my son have been mountain boarding for two years now
goind to tenby west wales for christmas we had a brihgt idea lets get a kite.
well south beach tenby is brill for kites we always see at
least 6 to 12 kite boarding there.
took kite down beach on chrismas day,wife sat coat on
bottle of wine and ho,ho,ho, at us.
got kite ready a bit of worry came to me ,seeing sand howling down beach, then go well a few french words came
out of my mouth.after the shock of being dragged around
the beach it took about half an hour to get to grips
with the kite,passed kite over to son for a rest,felt like i had been hit by truck.
went to have glass of wine with wife,but help son fihgting with kite ,bang kite gone pulled out of arms, afer afew more go.s started tget to grips with kite, great fun.
tried the board next ,got on pulled out took a while
but got a run on the boaed not bad first try.
after a few days new years eve tried in field great fun
left son in charge ,whoops son being dragged face down
across field well laugh nearly wet my pants
kite handled great in high winds.
could not get any air but at 16 stones for small kite,
i would not expect a kite of this size to lifed me off the ground, after reading some info on getting air itook the kite out today, in between the rain ,whent top of hill
got five minutes befor next down fall of rain/hail ect
well tried info i was told ,bang up i went great fist air.
well from a 2.5 beamer II i was well impressed,

hi got kite for chistmas ,beamer II
spent christmas, south beach, tenby, south wales,
great beach for kites,seen many kite boarding here
so got kite off friend he has lots of kites.
wanted something easy to get me into power kites
done stunt kites,been mountain boarding for 2 years
so next step,so first try high winds spent next 15 miniuts
being dragged around the beach,ho,ho,ho
wow this is great for a 2.5 kite it was brill,i did not
expect to be dragged about the beach like this,
(for a 16 stone bloke) took a break ,handed kite to
son, showed how to fly and use kite in wind window,
went to have glass of wine with wife,sat on beach well it is christmas day. big cri for help, turned boy being pulled up beach,then flat on face, kite riped out of hands.
anyone looking for first kite, this kite is great good in high winds, had some fun boarding.(bit more practice)
took kite to welsh moutains back home,tried to get some
air,afer a few try's got about 2 foot off the ground.
beware more power than you would exspect from 2.5 kite
