Peter Lynn Venom 16.0
Peter Lynn make some great claims for this kite; I hope they're right! They say that the cell spacing is much lower compared to the other twin-skins and that this makes the kite
turn much faster. They also say, and this is the good bit, that the kite flys quickly even with a fair bit of rear line pressure! If this is true then this kite could be something really
special! It will mean that unhooked flying is a doddle, and that the useful de-power range will be a very smooth gradient of power rather than a little on/off. Not only that, they
also say that fully depowered, the kite still has some rear line tension. This will mean no slack lines and hence full control over the kite even when fully depowered.
I'm VERY keen to try one of these! (Kitefan, 20/10/2004)

A Peter Lynn Venom 16.0 review by BigMark100: I've been using Peter Lynns for a year. And I am huge fans of them. I had one with me when I was in Venezuela with a bunch of mates - all LEI, I only got to use the venom a couple of times. The first time was
an awesome session - high end of the wind range, the rest I just found the kite lacking in power. I took a try on a 17m strike and I was over powered and loving it.
I feel the 16m is equivalent to a 13-14m LEI. For my weight, 90 KG, thats just not enough.
If the venom 19 was cheaper - then I would give it a go, but the 2nd hand LEI market is cheaper and there are more on offer.
Im keeping my g2 9m. I love this kite and wouldnt swap it. But my other 2 kites are going to be LEI. BigMark100, 25/05/2005
